Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the issue

We will review the situation and work with you to resolve it appropriately.

OSORA Studio is not responsible for damage caused by improper care, washing, or handling after delivery. Please refer to our Care Guide to ensure longevity of your piece.


Exchanges

Exchanges are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on availability. If approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
